What happens after submission, track your grant in eRA commons: Help & Tutorials | eRA (nih.gov) What should you be looking for How to Submit, Track and View Your Application | grants.nih.gov . There are two rounds of review- the scientific review officer shares the overall impact score from the review meeting which will be in place 2-3 days of the meeting in eRA commons. In this round of review the grants management officer will ask for just in time information (human subjects/animal protocols)- this is the just in time information. Next round is from the IC director that chairs the council- provides the notice of award, award dates, and terms and conditions of the award.
Tip: Create a Grant Submission Plan with an Early date before the actual submission to NIH and before Submission to your Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP).
